You shape it. The first clubs tell us what to build first and test it before anyone else.
No countdown. When 50 clubs are confirmed, the offer closes. That's it.

Run tournaments in other software? Keep it. Play in a federation league? Keep that too. Same goes for your Facebook group and your WhatsApp chat. CUEcumber doesn't replace any of them. It brings players to your tables and gives your ladders and club nights a home.
Straight answers
What does it cost after the free year?
We haven't set prices yet, and we won't guess here. The first 50 clubs will get an early-club price, announced well in advance, before anything is charged.
What counts as a club?
A venue with at least one table open to players. Billiard halls, snooker clubs, pool bars and carom clubs all count. If you run leagues at someone else's venue, apply anyway and tell us in the message.
When does the free year start?
The day CUEcumber launches in your club's city. Applying early doesn't use up any of your year.
Which cue sports?
All of them: blackball, carom and 3-cushion, pool, Russian pyramid, snooker. Tell us what's played at your club and we'll build for it.
Do my players need the app?
Only to use CUEcumber. Anyone can still walk in and play as they always have. Players who join CUEcumber, free for players at launch, can find your club and sign up for your ladders and events.
What do you do with my data?
We store what you send in this form in a database in the EU, kept separate from player data. We use it only to contact you about CUEcumber for clubs, and we don't sell it. To have it deleted, email privacy@cuecumber.io.
Can I leave anytime?
Yes. Applying commits you to nothing, and there's no card and no charge during the free year. To leave, email support@cuecumber.io.
